Zoiby want balloon! Want balloon now! But instead I gave him Farnsworth's TV card. Zoidberg is the first computer I've built from scratch, and the parts are all designed to be a lot quieter than Farnsworth. I use Zoidberg for everything now (although Fry will come back as a router when I move out), and it's configured to have two X displays because The Gimp doesn't like my graphics tablet (a Grapphire 4 Classic XL A5) when nVidia's TwinView is enabled, which I need so I can watch TV on the other screen.
Nibbler is a Nokia 770 Internet Tablet, which I bought from a friend in Autumn 2006. The software preinstalled on it is a mutation of Debian Linux, which is very cool. As such, I installed an Xterm and an ssh daemon and voila, it does everything Farnsworth used to (save watching TV, although I watch mpeg videos on the train with it, so that makes up for it).

Fry was originally my family's desktop PC running Windows 98, until I nabbed it. As such, it does indeed have all mod cons of the 1990s, except the '4' key on the keyboard. It used to run as my shared bungalow's router and webserver but it's currently retired under my bed until I move out of my parent's place. Its fan is dodgy at the moment, so it's just as well it isn't in use.

Before anyone says anything, yes, I'm aware that this is the worst laptop EVER. I shall refrain from ranting about Dell here. Its graphics card and hard disk are on the way out (again!), so I built Zoidberg to replace it. It was the last machien I had that ran Windows; dual booting Debian and Windows XP, although Debian was the default and used the vast majority of the time.

Mmm, ancient. I bought this machine in 2004 off of an eBay seller for around £30 including some £15 P&P, so not much to expect from it.
It's as spry as a 140 year old! I beleive I upgraded everything apart from the motherboard on it. PII-233MHz to PIII-500MHz. 64MB RAM to 128MB. 10Mbit/s network card to 100Mbit. On-board graphics to GeForce2. TV Card added (Zoidberg has it now). Sound card added. 3xUSB2 ports and 2xFirewire ports added. And I had a live webcam feed going into it from a Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 at some point, which was great!
