Krista's Chilli

Ingredients
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • Two of the following:
    • 1 can chopped tomatoes
    • 1 can tomato soup
    • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • ¼ jar chilli powder
Method
  1. Fry the pepper and onions on medium heat with sunflower oil.
  2. When the onion is golden, add the minced meat.
  3. When the minced meat is totally browned, stir in half of the chilli powder.
  4. Stir in the kidney beans
  5. Stir in the tomato soup / chopped tomatoes / spaghetti sauce
  6. Let simmer for half an hour or so on low heat
  7. Stir in the rest of the chilli powder
  8. Simmer simmer simmer
  9. Serve. Store the rest in the fridge
