Krista's Chilli

Ingredients
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 onion
- 500g minced meat
- 1 can kidney beans
- Two of the following:
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- ¼ jar chilli powder
Method
- Fry the pepper and onions on medium heat with sunflower oil.
- When the onion is golden, add the minced meat.
- When the minced meat is totally browned, stir in half of the chilli powder.
- Stir in the kidney beans
- Stir in the tomato soup / chopped tomatoes / spaghetti sauce
- Let simmer for half an hour or so on low heat
- Stir in the rest of the chilli powder
- Simmer simmer simmer
- Serve. Store the rest in the fridge
